May 15, 2020
To our valued clients,
We are excited to announce that we are open for in-person visits at the clinic beginning May 19th, 2020.
COVID-19 has changed our lives significantly, and because of this we have taken steps to ensure the safety of our patients, and staff, including:
-
Physical distancing in the office
-
Increased disinfection of high traffic areas
-
Protective barriers for our front staff
-
Use of masks, gloves, gowns, and eye protection by physiotherapists as needed when providing direct patient care
-
continuing to offer telehealth appointments for those who cannot come in to the clinic, or prefer to stay home
-
using the BC self-assessment tool to screen all patient and ourselves to ensure everyone entering the clinic (staff and patients) are not ill
Before your appointment:
-
You should receive a COVID screening questionnaire from the clinic to fill out 24 hours before your appointment, please take the time to complete this before your appointment.
-
You will be screened again when you arrive at your appointment to be sure that no new symptoms have arisen.
-
We ask that you please bring a mask to your appointment if you have one.
